Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Porter, where your friendly demeanor and proactive attitude will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences. As a key member of our resort or hotel environment, you will be the welcoming face that ensures smooth operations at the front entrance and throughout the property. Your multilingual skills, hospitality background, and dedication to guest service will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to ensure a seamless check-in experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance, lobby, and common areas to uphold high standards of hospitality Provide directions, information, and support to guests in multiple languages as needed Support front desk operations by assisting with guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and efficiently Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while managing access points and property security Assist with transportation arrangements or shuttle services to enhance guest convenience Requirements Proven experience in hotel or resort environments, preferably in guest services or front desk roles Multilingual abilities; fluency in two or more languages is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele Previous hospitality or resort experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout shifts while maintaining a welcoming presence Join us as a Porter and become an essential part of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
