Residential, Airbnb & Commercial Cleaner Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing business in Northern Vermont . This role offers a variety of environments, including residential homes, Airbnb turnovers, and commercial spaces.

What We're Looking For Physical Stamina:

This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to stay on your feet for up to 6 hours and lift at least 20 lbs comfortably.

Dependable & Punctual:

Someone who shows up on time and ready to work.

Detail-Oriented:

You must be able to strictly follow a checklist for every job to ensure our high standards are met consistently.

Independent & Collaborative:

Able to work solo or as part of a team.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required. Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a great work ethic!

Job Duties Residential & Move-Outs:

General house cleaning and thorough deep cleans.

Airbnb Turnovers:

Efficiently cleaning, changing linens, and restocking supplies using a specific turnover checklist.

Commercial/Office:

Maintaining professional environments (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms/kitchens).
