As a Custodian, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple facility areas on a scheduled basis.

Job functions are as follows:

General Cleaning in the following areas: Common Areas (Restrooms, cafeteria, hallways) Manufacturing, production, and warehouse areas (including production offices) Offices and office cubicles (within the main office area) Custodial services include: General floor care includes sweeping, dust-mopping, vacuuming, wet-mopping, stripping, and/or waxing, power scrubbing, scraping, and removing debris. General cleaning, trash removal, dusting, disinfecting, and/or sanitizing of fixtures, toilets, sinks, time clocks, phones, walls, doors, windows, air vents, etc. Maintaining and replenishing cafeteria and restroom supplies with paper products and related sanitary items Painting will be required Light outdoor cleaning and outside seasonal duties as directed. Will be trained, certified, and expected to maintain certification for operating manual or motorized scissor lift and pallet jacks Will be trained and must utilize the Lean Dispatch software system Vermont Precision Tools, Inc. manufactures tooling that is used to produce products to serve the medical, aerospace, automotive, defense, and many other markets.
