We take pride in providing exceptionally clean, welcoming spaces and are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. Position Overview As a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, you'll be responsible for cleaning and resetting furnished rental apartments between guest stays. This role is essential to maintaining hospitality-grade standards and delivering a great guest experience. Responsibilities Perform full turnovers between guest stays Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces Change bed linens and towels Transport used and clean linens to and from a commercial laundromat Fold and bag laundry for upcoming turnovers Restock toiletries, paper products, and guest amenities Stage furnishings and décor according to company standards Inspect units for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns Communicate clearly and promptly with management Maintain a high level of consistency, professionalism, and reliability Schedule Turnovers occur between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM Approximately 20-30 hours per week Monday-Friday and Sunday No Saturdays required Same-day turnovers are common, so punctuality and reliability are very important Requirements Prior housekeeping or short-term rental cleaning experience required Reliable personal vehicle required Must be comfortable traveling between properties in multiple towns Smartphone with texting/photos capability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and time management Must be dependable and consistently punctual Compensation $23/hour How to Apply Please send: Your name and contact information Relevant cleaning or hospitality experience Your general availability Join a small local company where your work directly contributes to creating exceptional guest experiences.
