Our floating supervisors are responsible for overseeing all janitorial staff assigned to their facilities to ensure daily tasks are completed to required standards, while also traveling between multiple building locations throughout the day as needed. This role includes stepping in to perform cleaning duties when necessary to maintain service quality and support operations across sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history, extensive commercial cleaning experience, and the ability to adjust to the daily demands of the job. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, with prior experience using janitorial equipment and procedures. Night Floating Janitorial Supervisor Responsibilities Train, develop, and supervise janitorial staff Travel between assigned facilities throughout the day to support operations as a floating supervisor Maintain and build positive working relationships with employees and clients Perform formal cleaning inspections Enforce company and client policies and procedures Retrain and provide corrective coaching to employees when needed Report safety and security concerns Resolve customer service issues Order supplies and track inventory of supplies and equipment Enforce OSHA and other health and safety regulations Perform janitorial cleaning duties as needed to support staff and maintain standards Submit nightly reports to management Assign, supervise, and review work of janitorial staff; train employees on procedures Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:
