Pay:

Starting at $120 per job Opportunity for recurring work based on performance

Scope of Work:

General janitorial cleaning (offices, clinics, or commercial spaces) Dusting and wiping all surfaces Vacuuming and mopping floors Cleaning restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, sanitation) Trash removal and replacement Light detailing to maintain a clean and professional space

Requirements:

Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning preferred Must be reliable and show up on time Ability to work independently Must have your own transportation Must have basic cleaning supplies (preferred) Subcontractor Requirements (Required): Must provide W-9 Must carry general liability insurance Must be able to accept per-job (not hourly) pay Must be able to complete jobs without supervision
