Job Description
We're a premium exterior cleaning company doing $1M+ in annual revenue across the Greater Puget Sound area. We're growing fast and looking for experienced techs who want to earn well and build a career — not just a paycheck. What you'll be doing Window cleaning, soft wash, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and moss removal Complete 3-5 residential jobs per day independently Represent the brand professionally at every property What we look for 1+ year of professional exterior cleaning experience Able to run 3-5 jobs/day without hand-holding Valid driver's license, clean record Reliable, professional, takes pride in their work 15% commission on all completed jobs Pre-scheduled work — we fill your calendar $200-$600/day for consistent performers Top techs move into commercial crews, lead roles, and management. We're expanding and promote from within.
