Duties Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial buildings of various heights and sizes Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows Use professional cleaning solutions and tools to achieve streak-free, spotless results Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Maintain detailed records of completed work, safety checks, and equipment usage Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields preferred Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar equipment safely (certification a plus) Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and work at heights for extended periods Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously and work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license preferred for transportation between job sites Join us as a Window Cleaning Technician and help us deliver sparkling results that leave a lasting impression!
