We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional maintenance experiences for our customers and their facility users. As a Night Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises. This position is perfect for individuals who have experience working independently or as part of a team. We offer multiple schedules and competitive pay rates. Night Janitor Responsibilities Perform comprehensive indoor cleaning tasks Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms frequently Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Dust and polish surfaces Empty trash receptacles Interact professionally with customers and team members Night Janitor Qualifications Previous janitorial experience is preferred Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods Must be 18 years or older All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background check Night Janitor Benefits Union Pension Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance for employees and their dependents Paid Vacation, accruing at increasing rates with years of service Paid Sick Time, accrued based on hours worked 7 Paid Holidays (employees are eligible for holiday pay after 90 working days) Compensation Pay ranges from $20.82 - $24.2 per hour , with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
