Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Respond promptly to custodial requests from staff or management. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for use. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or maintenance roles preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
