Maintenance Associate

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a reliable Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join their team in Kent, Washington . This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working in an active warehouse or facility environment. The Maintenance Associate will assist with building, assembly, cleanup, material handling, and general site support throughout the workday. The right candidate will have previous related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely use tools and equipment while following instructions.

The Day-to-Day:

Assist with building and assembling units as needed Operate tools, machinery, forklifts, and lifts safely and efficiently Use power tools, including hammer drills, to complete assigned tasks Perform demolition work when required Complete general cleaning duties throughout the facility Move materials using forklifts and other approved equipment Handle trash removal, debris clearing, and site cleanup Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Support team members with daily maintenance and facility tasks

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of related experience required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Forklift experience preferred

Pay Rate:

$19.00 /per hr

Schedule:
