Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across all club areas, including floors, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces. Utilize floor care techniques such as buffing, sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Conduct custodial tasks like trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitization to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep when needed. Follow safety protocols during cleaning operations and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial services as required for larger events or deep-cleaning initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold the club's high standards of cleanliness and safety. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in floor care techniques such as buffing and industrial cleaning methods. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or painting is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment operation, and safety procedures relevant to commercial cleaning environments. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards across diverse areas of the facility.
