Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is well-maintained and stored properly Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or janitorial experience is highly desirable Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including residential cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry equipment Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Flexibility to adapt to different schedules or additional duties as needed Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that leave a lasting positive impression!
