Summary We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team at Up To Par Cleaning LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding cleaning services that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including homes and commercial spaces. Utilize environmentally-safe cleaning products and methods to ensure client satisfaction. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Assist in training new staff on cleaning procedures and company policies. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team. Experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
