This Role Requires a High Level of Trust & Ownership Our team works inside client facilities after hours, often without supervision. Because of this, we are selective about who we bring on. • 2:00 AM Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends as needed Shifts may vary: 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on route Consistent, year-round work available Team members who demonstrate reliability and initiative will have opportunities for additional hours, account responsibility, and advancement .

What You'll Be Doing Commercial janitorial cleaning (offices, facilities, buildings) Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing Emptying trash and maintaining clean environments Following company systems and quality standards Working independently or with a small team As you grow in this role, responsibilities may expand to include: Taking ownership of assigned client accounts Ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction Supporting and helping train new team members Assisting with route organization and efficiency What We Provide Paid Training
