Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques. Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows safely and efficiently. Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks, including wiping down surfaces, removing debris, and ensuring overall cleanliness of work areas. Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with equipment like lifts, to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong attention to detail. Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely and confidently. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including window-specific methods for streak-free results. Physical stamina to stand, climb, reach, and work at heights for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed. Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA guidelines or equivalent safety standards. Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
