Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at the Lynden/Bellingham KOA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Clean and maintain cabins other accommodations: Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, paying attention to details such as dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting. Keep bathrooms stocked cleaned at all times.

Perform deep cleaning tasks:

Regularly deep clean high-touch areas, appliances, and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment:

Ensure cleaning carts are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues with cleaning equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service:

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests. Work collaboratively with other team members: Assist other departments, such as maintenance or front desk, as needed.

Requirements Physical ability:

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

Attention to detail:

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning.

Time management:

Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within allocated timeframes.

Communication skills:

Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members.

Flexibility:

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requirements Must be at least 16 years old to apply. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be willing and able to work on Sundays. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift and move items as needed. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the employer.
