In both residential and vacant apartments. Please be a people person with a decent driving record. You will be mostly on your own while working in a few locations per day. Job is physical. So be in decent shape please. Responsibilities Perform thorough carpet cleaning using advanced equipment such as steam cleaners, extractors, and rotary machines to remove dirt, stains, and odors effectively. Assess each cleaning project to determine the appropriate methods and products needed for optimal results. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning tools after use, and reporting any repairs or replacements needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any special requests or concerns. Qualifications Experience a plus.
