This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling, recurring work opportunities, and project-based assignments. We are looking for individuals and small cleaning companies that take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities Perform commercial janitorial cleaning services Complete residential cleaning assignments Conduct post-construction and final cleaning services Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Clean restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and offices Remove trash and debris from job sites Clean interior glass and mirrors Follow project scopes and client requirements Maintain professional communication and appearance Report any site issues or concerns promptly Requirements Previous cleaning experience preferred Experience with commercial, residential, or post-construction cleaning is a plus Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation Paid per project Weekly payments Recurring cleaning opportunities available Additional opportunities for larger post-construction projects Schedule Flexible scheduling Day, evening, and weekend opportunities available Contractors may accept or decline assignments based on availability Work Location Various commercial, residential, and construction sites throughout Snohomish and King Counties.
