Health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, retirement 3% match, holiday pay Key Responsibilities As our Clinic Custodian, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout our facility.
Your daily impact will include:
Sanitizing Medical Spaces:
Clean, disinfect, and maintain exam rooms, waiting areas, laboratories, and restrooms according to healthcare sanitation standards.
Infection Control:
Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste, sharps, and regular trash following OSHA and clinic guidelines.
Floor & Surface Care:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all common areas and administrative offices.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and restock clinic supplies (soap, paper towels, PPE, cleaning chemicals) and notify management when supplies are low.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all walkways are clear of hazards and report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures) immediately. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of their work.
Experience:
1+ years of commercial cleaning or custodial experience required. Prior experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or dental office is highly preferred.
Knowledge:
Understanding of infection control, chemical safety (SDS), and OSHA standards is a major plus.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to [e.g., 40 lbs].
