Job Summary:

Local Cleaning Company is seeking a part time, dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Team Member or Potential Lead Opportunity. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional cleaning services to various commercial establishments and Residential to ensure a clean and safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Hours may vary and can be flexible depending on which shift. Hours can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed. Assist in maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage. Adhere to company guidelines regarding proper use of cleaning agents and chemicals. Notify the supervisor of any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients and customers. Complete all assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Follow company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner. Continuously seek opportunities to improve cleaning techniques and contribute to an efficient and effective cleaning process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. No experience required - we will train you! Must have the ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites with current insurance. Background check required, must be willing to perform a drug test.

Wage:
