What You'll Do As a Drain Cleaning Technician, you'll help residential, commercial, and industrial customers by diagnosing and solving drain and sewer problems while providing exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

Perform residential, commercial, and industrial drain cleaning services Operate drain cleaning machines and hydro jetting equipment Diagnose sewer and drain issues Educate customers on repair and maintenance options Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service truck Complete accurate job notes and paperwork using a tablet Work closely with dispatch, management, and teammates Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training Follow all company safety standards What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated people with strong work ethics and positive attitudes. Preferred Qualifications Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience Drain cleaning, plumbing, construction, maintenance, HVAC, automotive repair, or similar experience preferred Customer service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance Strong communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in various environments Spanish speaking is a plus No drain cleaning experience? No problem. If you're mechanically inclined and willing to work hard, we'll train you.
