Job Description
Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for the tenantsResponsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure completion of assigned tasks within designated timeframes
