Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas, including commercial, hospitality, or institutional spaces Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in janitorial tasks Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, laundry services, and custodial equipment Enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with management to develop cleaning procedures that align with industry best practices and client expectations Experience Proven supervising or leadership experience in cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping roles Extensive janitorial or commercial cleaning background with knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment Experience managing laundry services within hospitality or healthcare settings is highly desirable Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence Demonstrated ability to train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols Previous experience in hospitality or institutional settings is a plus Join us in creating spotless environments where excellence is the standard!
