Responsibilities Safely operate ladders and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach windows, ensuring stability and security at all times Perform thorough cleaning of windows using professional tools and techniques, including squeegees, scrubbers, and cleaning solutions Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or materials required for industrial or large-scale cleaning projects Utilize fire extinguishers appropriately in case of emergencies during cleaning operations Carry out outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards Execute additional cleaning duties such as floor buffing or surface polishing to complement window maintenance Follow health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning chemicals Requirements Proven experience with ladder use, industrial cleaning, or outdoor maintenance work preferred Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation required Familiarity with the use of fire extinguishers and emergency response procedures beneficial Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Good physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods Prior experience with heavy lifting, floor buffing, or industrial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Join us in creating spotless views that leave a lasting impression!
