ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Route-Based Cleaning Services a. Travel between assigned sites using a personal vehicle to complete scheduled janitorial services. b. Perform industry-standard cleaning tasks including trashing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. c. Complete restroom and shower cleaning, daily carpet spotting, and general upkeep. Specialized Detail Cleaning a. Clean furniture, glass, and exterior areas as assigned. b. Ensure all cleaning meets Relay and client quality standards. Tools and Equipment Maintenance a. Ensure all assigned tools and equipment are in safe working condition. b. Maintain organized and secure storage for tools and cleaning supplies. c. Demonstrate working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment. Safety and Compliance a. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all assigned locations. b. Follow emergency procedures including fire alarms and evacuation protocols. c. Understand and apply fire prevention and incident reporting procedures. Other Duties as Assigned a. Support team operations and additional cleaning assignments as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1

year of janitorial or custodial experience preferred Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required Ability to use personal vehicle for work-related travel and regularly track mileage Ability to meet scheduling requirements, including regularly scheduled shifts across multiple sites Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in route-based janitorial roles Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals Experience working independently across multiple job sites.
