Role:
As the Lead Technician - Hood & Exhaust Cleaning , you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Who We're Looking For:
A proactive professional with a sense of urgency and drive for achieving results. A creative problem solver who can think outside the box and tackle challenges head-on. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work at heights and ensure precision in every task. Overnight crew experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Work nights, overnight position. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
