Circle Wellness is expanding into Seattle and is actively pursuing additional prime locations in Canada and the United States. Role Description Reporting to the General Manager, a Cleaner at Circle Wellness is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the spa. This role includes cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking each circuit between guest sessions to ensure it is fully prepared for the next guest. The Cleaner also maintains common areas, monitors the facility for maintenance issues, and reports concerns promptly. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and deliver a consistent guest experience. Responsibilities Effectively follow the cleaning schedule to ensure that all Circuits are promptly and thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and prepared for each session. Follow established procedures and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards. Fold and organize spa linens and towels neatly and wash and sanitize all dishes used in the back of the house to ensure a clean and organized work area. Monitor the cleanliness of the common areas and courtyard during each shift. Communicate any maintenance issues or concerns to the manager on duty promptly. Collaborate with other cleaners and hosts to ensure adequate coverage during shifts and across all circuits. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, restocking as needed. Maintain accurate inventory lists to facilitate efficient supply ordering. Provide clear and concise shift handover notes for the next cleaner, detailing any noteworthy occurrences or special instructions. Proactively communicate with colleagues and managers regarding shift changes. Assist the manager on duty with any additional tasks required to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict cleaning schedules. Ability to identify and promptly report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns. Comfortability performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Legally authorized to work in the United States. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
