We want someone who is:
extremely detail-oriented reliable fast without cutting corners coachable comfortable using technology on the job willing to travel to different job sites This is for cleaners who take pride in their work and understand that turnovers require speed, precision, and consistency . What you'll do Complete move-in/move-out cleanings for apartment units Complete Airbnb turnover cleanings to guest-ready standard Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and laundry spaces Follow company checklists and property-specific instructions Take before-and-after photos Complete job notes and reporting through our mobile systems Report damages, supply needs, and special issues in real time Travel to assigned job sites in Seattle and surrounding areas Requirements 3-5+ years of professional cleaning experience Extreme attention to detail Reliable transportation Great time management Coachable attitude Tech-friendly Goal-oriented Willing to travel Able to work independently and with a team Dependable and responsive Pay + perks $23-$35/hour Flexible scheduling Room for growth Performance-based opportunities Strong systems and clear expectations Variety of properties and cleaning assignments Professional, high-standard work environment Ongoing coaching and support Who does well here This role is a strong fit for someone who: notices what other cleaners miss works with urgency takes feedback well does not need to be micromanaged wants to grow with a company that has standards Schedule Part-time On-call Weekdays Some weekends as needed Work location In person at multiple job sites Apply Tell us about: your professional cleaning experience the types of properties you've cleaned your availability why you'd be a strong fit for a high-standard turnover cleaning team
