LEHI Washington LLC Reports to: Lead, Porter Job Overview LEHI Washington LLC is hiring a Senior Porter to support cleaning operations across 6 facilities in Western Washington. This role is for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others while maintaining consistent cleaning quality and supporting overall site standards. Responsibilities Perform routine janitorial cleaning, including restrooms, common areas, trash removal, and floor care Conduct final walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure all work meets standards Identify and correct any cleaning deficiencies before completion Assist and support porter staff with daily cleaning tasks Ensure all assigned areas are consistently clean, organized, and maintained Complete cleaning checklists, logs, and basic reports accurately Monitor cleaning supply levels and assist with ordering and restocking Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials Maintain consistency in cleaning standards across both locations Travel between the two assigned facilities and manage time effectively Qualifications Janitorial or custodial experience required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good time management and organizational skills Must last Federal background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation $23.23 per hour Monthly travel stipend
