If you want to sit still, scroll on. Mr. Pristine Exterior Cleaning is hiring an experienced window cleaning technician for the 2026 season. We're licensed, insured to $2M, BBB accredited, and sitting on 150+ five-star reviews. We're not a fly-by-night crew — we run real systems, real training, and there is serious room to grow here for the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run residential window jobs end-to-end — interior and exterior, screens, tracks, the works Work off ladders (20', 24', 28') with confidence and control Hit a streak-free, pristine finish on every pane — we detail it out, we don't "good enough" it Talk to homeowners like a pro: greet, walk the property, close it out, ask for the review Grow into roof, soft-wash, and crew-lead work as fast as you can earn it
WHAT YOU NEED
Real window cleaning experience — you can walk onto a home and run a basic clean by yourself, start to finish, without hand-holding Comfortable at height — a 28' ladder is a normal Tuesday, not a fear factor Can lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a full day Clean driving record (we insure you on the company truck) Show up early, every single day Treat every home like it's your grandmother's
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
Reckless. "Adrenaline" means you love the work and move fast — it does NOT mean you skip the safety steps. On a ladder, careless gets you or someone else hurt. Bold and dialed-in, or don't apply. Anyone who argues with customers Anyone who thinks "on time" means within 10 minutes of the appointment Anyone hunting a seasonal side gig — this is a career lane for the right person
THE PAY AND THE GROWTH
$18/hr during training, then base plus performance once you're certified solo Experienced techs who can already solo move up fast — Helper to Lead to Solo, where the strongest earners make the most Spiffs on upsells, membership sales, and every 5-star review you earn Paid sick leave (WA), company truck, fuel, uniform, and all gear provided W-2, not 1099.
