In this energetic role, you will lead a team of window cleaning technicians, ensuring high-quality service while maintaining safety standards. Duties Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians to ensure timely and thorough service delivery Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Perform window cleaning using various techniques, including the use of scissor lifts and other equipment Ensure all safety protocols are followed, especially when operating elevated platforms or specialized cleaning tools Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee streak-free, spotless results Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cleaning equipment and supplies Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and equipment use Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a focus on window or building exterior cleaning Prior experience leading or supervising a team is highly preferred Ability to operate scissor lifts and other elevated work platforms safely and effectively Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment maintenance, and safety standards Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate with clients Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including climbing ladders or scaffolding, working at heights, and handling cleaning tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus Join us as a Crew Lead Window Cleaner and be part of an energetic team committed to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in commercial cleaning!
