  • And This Could Be the Opportunity You've Been Waiting For" (Spokane, WA) We're a husband-and-wife owned cleaning business based in Spokane, WA.
For the last few years, we've run this business entirely on our own — not because we didn't need help, but because our reason was greater than profit: One of our children is diagnosed with Stage 3, non-verbal autism. He needs one of us with him almost constantly. Every job we've taken has been timed, planned, and built around making sure we're still always there for him. But the time has come — we're growing, and clients are requesting more appointments than we can cover on our own. We need help from someone reliable, compassionate, and ready to work on their own terms. This is NOT your typical 9-5: You make your own schedule. Need time off? Just tell us. Holidays? No problem. Sick kiddos or your ill? These things happen. $20/hr flat rate per cleaning. Some deep, some light — all respected. Most jobs fall between 8am-7pm. No late nights, no surprises. This is a 1099 contractor position — perfect for anyone wanting control over their hours, especially in a city where $16/hr doesn't stretch even close to far enough.

National background check (we cover it) Excellent people skills — our clients are long-term and we love them Patience, courtesy, and a strong sense of personal responsibility Reliability is everything. If you accept a shift, please show up on time. We get that your time is important — so is our client's. No-shows or last-minute dropouts hurt everyone. Exact hours depend on what hours you tell us works for you as we said you layout your schedule. Do you understand this is a contract job? You will need to fill out a 1099 form and a contract, you will pick the jobs you want from ones we send you, the new ones you do choose to take we would expect you to do the cleaning and show up on time, you can take as many days or take no days. It's strictly up to you, you get paid daily and we'll need cash app, venmo, or chime for a daily pay, and you will be in charge of claiming all of your taxes on your own as this is contract work.
