Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on a variety of commercial and residential buildings using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or other access equipment in compliance with safety standards Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free results while prioritizing safety and sustainability Conduct routine maintenance checks on cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow all safety protocols during work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window or building cleaning preferred Hands-on experience operating scissor lifts or similar elevated access equipment is highly desirable Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, including the use of professional-grade cleaning products and tools Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering streak-free, spotless results Good physical stamina for lifting, climbing, bending, and working in various weather conditions Clear understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and operating machinery Join us as a Window Cleaning Specialist and help us brighten every building we serve!
