Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms and common areas regularly. Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of debris using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects like carpet cleaning or floor care to enhance overall cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and laundry handling. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
