Job Summary We are a small, high-standard cleaning company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our crew. As a Lead Cleaner, you will provide high-quality residential cleaning services while also leading daily job operations, supporting team members, and ensuring every home meets our professional standards. This role combines hands-on cleaning with leadership, scheduling support, and client communication.

Daily Duties Include:
Performing residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) Leading and supporting team members on job sites Ensuring all work meets company standards before leaving each home Managing time and workflow to keep jobs on schedule Communicating with clients and handling requests or concerns professionally Training new hires on cleaning procedures and expectations Conducting quality checks and providing feedback to team members Tracking and restocking cleaning supplies as needed Maintaining and monitoring cleaning equipment Reporting any major issues (client concerns, team performance, maintenance needs) Adjusting schedules or job flow as needed throughout the week

Required Experience:
4+ years residential cleaning experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and organizational skills
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to travel between job sites daily (paid travel time between jobs) Ability to stand, bend, lift (~25-30 lbs), and stay active throughout shifts
