$21.00•$22.50 Why This Role Be the first point of contact for contractors and customers in a fast-moving showroom environment. Own accurate order entry, returns processing, and payment handling. Keep the counter and displays organized and stocked to showcase products effectively. Your Impact Welcome and assist walk‑in customers with professional, friendly service. Share product knowledge, make recommendations, and deliver demonstrations. Process sales orders, returns, and transactions with precision and attention to detail. Handle cash and credit card payments; prepare daily deposits in line with standard procedures. Maintain a tidy, well-organized showroom and counter area that reflects our commitment to quality. Stock shelves on the sales floor and in the stockroom as needed to meet demand. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist with educational classes—supporting setup and cleanup before and after sessions. Make courtesy calls to class attendees and follow up with past‑due accounts as directed. Partner with teammates and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years in customer service or counter sales preferred. Experience in janitorial, restoration, remediation, carpet cleaning, or installation industries is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Cash-handling skills and basic accounting knowledge are a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. regularly.
