Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner & Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality window cleaning and pressure washing services for commercial properties, ensuring that all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while working at various heights and using specialized equipment. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning and pressure washing services for commercial buildings, ensuring all glass surfaces, exteriors, and hardscapes are cleaned to a high standard. Utilize scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms safely and effectively to reach high windows and building exteriors. Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building facades, sidewalks, parking lots, and other exterior surfaces. Conduct thorough pre- and post-job inspections to identify any issues, stains, or areas needing special attention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines , particularly when working at heights, with pressurized equipment, or handling cleaning chemicals. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and meet client expectations. Provide excellent customer service , addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial window cleaning , pressure washing, or exterior building maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting equipment as needed.
