Duties Perform thorough carpet cleaning using advanced equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens. Conduct floor care tasks including buffing, polishing, and maintaining various flooring surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance. Execute janitorial and custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards. Operate commercial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Inspect work areas post-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and address any additional cleaning needs promptly. Maintain detailed records of services performed, supplies used, and areas serviced for accountability and quality assurance. Assist in the setup and breakdown of cleaning equipment for scheduled maintenance or special projects. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or environmental services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing is highly desirable. Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for collaborating with colleagues and clients alike.
