Night Cleaner Wanted — Not to Get Rich, But to Grow (Van Jan) Vancouver, WA • Part-time, 20-30 hrs/week We'll be honest with you , this job won't make you rich. The hours are nights, the work is hands-on, and you'll spend a good chunk of your shift driving solo between buildings with nobody looking over your shoulder. (We pay for your miles, by the way.) So why take it? Because we're growing, and we promote from within. If you're the kind of person who likes a challenge, takes pride in details, and actually enjoys being handed something new and figuring it out, this is a rare spot where showing up sharp and self-motivated gets you somewhere. We're looking for someone who wants to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and eventually lead and teach others as we take on new clients and bigger challenges. Your pay grows as you do. You'd be keeping commercial and government buildings spotless, anywhere from Vancouver out to Clatskanie. Some nights it's one site, some nights a few, you'll be on the move.
