Job Summary:
The Pantry Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels within pantry, kitchen, and storage areas. This role supports culinary and food service operations by ensuring supplies are readily available, workspaces remain sanitary, and food safety standards are consistently upheld. The Pantry Porter plays a key role in helping the kitchen team operate efficiently and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality checks on all products (snacks, beverages, produce, dairy)
  • Manage inventory levels, track low stock, and submit restock requests
  • Support catering setups, meetings, and onsite events
  • Perform routine equipment upkeep (coffee machines, water stations, etc.)
  • Remove trash, recycling, and maintain overall site cleanliness
  • Ensure all service areas meet company standards before leaving site
  • Stock and replenish snacks, beverages, and pantry supplies across assigned areas
  • Maintain clean.
Organized kitchens and storage rooms (FIFO, Labeling, organization)
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (pantry, porter, or food service preferred)
  • Guest service experience required
  • Porter experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the day
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
