00/hr Van Jan is a locally owned commercial janitorial company serving clients across Washington and Oregon since 2017. We're hiring an experienced, highly reliable field supervisor for a one-day-per-week role — every Sunday. This is a great fit for someone who wants steady, guaranteed weekend work with strong pay, without a full-time commitment. What you'll do: Train and supervise cleaning staff, including accompanying and overseeing employees at secure facilities Perform quality inspections at client sites to make sure work is complete and up to our standards Cover job sites in the event of employee callouts and help coordinate replacement coverage Occasionally cover our site in The Dalles, OR (company vehicle provided, premium pay — see below)

Schedule:

One guaranteed workday per week, every Sunday. Shifts typically run 5 to 8 hours; The Dalles coverage days run 8 to 9 hours. Sunday reliability is essential. We cannot accommodate callouts on Sundays — this role exists to keep our sites covered. Optional extra weekday work may be available during callouts or increased client workload, at the weekday rates below. Extra days are never required — only Sunday is guaranteed. Sunday pay rates (by site): FV Vancouver site: $19.00/hr base + $5.36/hr fringe benefits ($24.36/hr total compensation)

Washougal:

$24.14/hr All other Vancouver/Portland sites: $24.00/hr The Dalles coverage: $26.00/hr, with a company vehicle provided (clean driving record required) Optional weekday pay rates: FV Vancouver site: $18.01/hr base + $5.36/hr fringe benefits ($23.37/hr total compensation)

Washougal:

$24.14/hr All other sites: $19.00/hr What we're looking for: 2+ years of janitorial, custodial, or facilities experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong management skills — able to teach, train, and work well with others Excellent attention to detail, a self-starter mindset, and a high standard for quality Extremely reliable — Sunday attendance is non-negotiable Must be able to pass a federal background check and have the required documents on hand at time of hire to be eligible Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance Clean driving record required for company vehicle use (The Dalles coverage) Additional information: Van Jan participates in E-Verify.
