Role As a Janitor at Steak Co., you will be an essential part of the team that keeps our restaurant operating at the high standard our guests expect. From dining areas to restrooms to back-of-house spaces, your work directly shapes the environment every guest and team member experiences. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in a job done right. What You Will Do Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of the restaurant including dining rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal throughout each shift Ensure proper sanitation standards are consistently met in compliance with health and safety regulations Restock supplies and keep all cleaning equipment in good working order Identify and promptly report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management Support the broader team in upholding the high standards that define the Steak Co. guest experience Experience Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality in your work Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of the team Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Available to work evenings and weekends consistent with the posted schedule Compensation $25.00 per hour | Approximately 30 hours per week Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 25 or more hours per week 401(k) with employer match after one year of employment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Dining discounts at Steak Co.
