Job Description

We are a local cleaning company specializing in new construction homes and apartment buildings. We are looking for dependable team members to help prepare newly built properties for move-in. This position involves detailed cleaning work in newly completed construction environments. Applicants should be comfortable with physical work and maintaining a consistent pace throughout the day.
Main responsibilities include:
Dusting and wiping surfaces Vacuuming and mopping floors Cleaning window trim and fixtures Scrubbing floors and surfaces Removing construction dust and debris Preparing homes and apartments for final presentation Requirements Applicants must: Speak fluent English Have reliable transportation Have flexible schedule availability Pass a background check Be dependable and punctual Be comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks for extended periods Cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$18.00 - $18.50 per hour
