Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ducts, filters, and vents using appropriate tools and cleaning agents Remove grease and debris from surfaces to ensure optimal airflow and reduce fire risks Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning cycles efficiently and thoroughly Adhere to environmental regulations regarding waste disposal and chemical handling Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, climbing ladders, bending, and lifting heavy equipment or materials Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and cleanliness Excellent communication skills to report findings clearly and follow instructions precisely Prior experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and working at heights is preferred Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork Join us in ensuring safe, clean kitchens by maintaining essential ventilation systems!
