Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Parking Lot Cleaner responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of parking areas. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure the parking lot remains tidy, safe, and welcoming for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial or custodial services, with a focus on outdoor cleaning and maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall appearance and safety of our facilities through diligent cleaning and upkeep. Responsibilities Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and sealing surfaces Experience with commercial or residential cleaning equipment is a plus Ability to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and operating cleaning machinery Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment This role is vital in ensuring our parking facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors. We value hardworking individuals committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in outdoor environments. Hours are typically done at night with flexible schedule on your own time anywhere from 10pm to 4am. We have two locations available in Yakima WA, Schedule is five days a week which are 5 hours a week, one hour a night and two days off for one location and 7 days a week which are 7 hours a week for the other location. This opportunity is good for someone looking for a flexible job and is looking for a side job for some extra income. This is not for someone who is seeking a typical full-time roll with long hours, these rolls are for those seeking a flexible side job with limited hours at about an hour a day 5-7 days a week.
