Job Description

Window Cleaner - Full-Time or Part-Time Job Overview We are a well-established local cleaning company serving the Wausau area and northern regions for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Window Cleaner to join our small, close-knit team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering spotless, high-quality results across residential and commercial properties. We take pride in the trust our clients place in us — particularly our residential customers — and we expect every team member to represent our company with professionalism and care. Hours & Availability Full-time or part-time hours available Flexible weekday daytime scheduling Increased hours during busy season (spring through fall) Must be available for long-distance travel within the same day as required by the job Responsibilities Perform thorough interior and exterior window cleaning across residential (75%) and commercial (25%) properties, including hospitals and specialty facilities Use water-fed poles for exterior cleaning and mop/squeegee techniques for interiors and hard-to-reach areas Work safely and confidently on ladders at all times Follow established cleaning protocols to deliver streak-free, crystal-clear results on every job Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify damage or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly to the team Collaborate with a small team on larger jobs while also being capable of working independently when needed Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with all clients — especially in residential settings where trust and respect for the customer's home are paramount Travel to job sites across the region, including longer-distance routes, as a regular part of the role Required Experience & Skills 1-2 years of professional window cleaning experience — required Demonstrated ladder experience and comfort working at heights from day one Proficiency with water-fed poles, mop, squeegee, and standard window cleaning tools and chemicals Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality results in a timely manner A team-first attitude — someone who communicates well, shows up reliably, and supports their crew Professional appearance and demeanor, particularly when working in residential homes Valid driver's license and willingness to travel long distances within the same day What We're Looking For This role is the right fit if you take genuine pride in your craft, treat every client's property with respect, and enjoy being part of a small team that values doing things right.
