Job Summary:

Seeking a dependable and hardworking Power Wash Technician to join our team. This position involves cleaning and restoring various exterior surfaces for residential and commercial properties using high-pressure washing equipment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate power washing equipment to clean building exteriors, driveways, decks, sidewalks, roofs, gutters, and other surfaces. Safely apply cleaning solutions and degreasers as required for different surface types. Set up and break down equipment and work areas each day. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, trucks, and machines. Adhere to company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Document completed work with before-and-after photos as needed.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights (ladder work and roofs). Willingness to learn and follow instructions and protocols. Previous experience in power washing or exterior cleaning (preferred but not required).
