Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented custodian to join our janitorial team. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the facility during operational hours, ensuring a professional and safe environment for all occupants.

Daily Responsibilities:

Maintain lobbies, restrooms, and common areas throughout the day Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed Wipe down touchpoints (door handles, elevators, handrails, etc.) Restock paper products and soap dispensers Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to the Team Lead Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with building staff or visitors Assist during special events or projects as assigned

Requirements:

Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

Projected Total Compensation:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
