Hiring immediately Join our dynamic team as a Janitor/Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques such as buffing and floor care equipment. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance. Conduct custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces across various facilities. Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed to support facilities maintenance. Support maintenance activities by reporting repairs or hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants. Use commercial cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures. Occasionally assist with residential painting or light repairs to enhance the overall upkeep of the property. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general custodial duties. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation ensures efficient work performance.
